The store, which specializes in bouquets filled with food, is likely most profitable during the holiday season when companies reward clients with carmalized popcorn and gourmet cheeses. With this Christmas slated to be one of the hardest in recent memory for retailers though, it’ll be interesting (read: suspensful) to see how a neubie on Grand St. fares.
